Our work process is divided into four phases. From the initial research to the opening, we work with our experts to bring your exhibition to life.
We work creatively and strategically to develop innovative exhibitions that inspire. Our job is to translate content and transform spaces into emotional stories and functional designs in which we convey knowledge in an engaging way.
Accountability is at the core of our collaborative work: Clear, transparent and consistent communication, detailed deliverables and project updates keep our clients informed and engaged. We make sure you understand the process, know what to expect, and feel confident about the next steps.
Research & Discovery
We gather insights about your vision, the audience, subject matter, and space to understand key objectives and constraints. We analyze existing content, conduct in-depth research, and explore trends to ensure the future design aligns with both educational and experiential goals.

Definition & Concept
By analyzing the gathered insights, we define clear objectives and key messages that form the foundation of the exhibition's concept. Here, creativity meets strategy as we brainstorm, refine ideas, and shape a cohesive vision that aligns with both your goals and your audience's interests and needs.

Design & Prototyping
We translate concepts into detailed designs and prototypes. Through visual layouts, interactive elements, and mock-ups, we ensure every aspect of the exhibition is engaging, accessible, and sustainable.

Production & Testing
After designing, we move into production—building spaces, crafting displays, and producing media content. Our team works with various production partners to ensure that all the pieces come together smoothly. Before the public launch, previews and tests with potential visitors give us feedback, so that we can fine-tune the experience.
